Acadian Christmas with La Famille LeBlanc and Moyenne Rig

December 06

For about 10 years, La Famille LeBlanc has been exploring Acadian musical heritage to uncover old traditional tunes. They save this repertoire from being forgotten and bring it back to life with modern arrangements. Moyenne Rig, a group of young people from Samuel-de-Champlain, performed 16 shows in one summer across New Brunswick, as well as in Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and most recently in Normandy.
