Located outside Market Square, Ihtoli-maqahamok – The Gathering Space, is rooted in three foundations of Saint John: the people, the water, and the rocks, and is a significant landmark and a place of togetherness. Featuring indoor/outdoor patios, tidal steps, and outdoor public spaces including a stage for concerts, film screenings, and other special events, and in the winter, an outdoor skating rink.
