At Lemongrass the choice is all yours. In most dishes the amount of (if any) hot spice is up to you. Thai Fare is a health conscious food choice which uses steamed jasmine rice, noodles, fresh vegetables, imported herbs and spices, as well as your choice of market fresh seafood, beef, pork, chicken or tofu.
