East Coast Bistro serves contemporary Maritime cuisine that focuses on using as many local and seasonal ingredients as possible as well as a commitment to making everything on the menu in-house from scratch. Co-Chef/Co-Owner husband and wife team, Tim Muehlbauer & Kimberley Steele, have created an approachable yet elegant menu and also create daily specials with the season in mind.
