The Saint John Region's Fall Glow Up

October 09, 2026

When autumn arrives in the Saint John Region, the landscape transforms into a patchwork of brilliant reds, fiery oranges, and golden yellows. Coastal cliffs, rolling farmland, winding rivers, and forest trails all put on a spectacular show, making this one of Atlantic Canada’s most beautiful destinations for fall colours.

These favourite local spots offer some of the region’s most unforgettable autumn views:

Judy’s Lookoff | Hampton

Perched high above the Kennebecasis River Valley, Judy’s Lookoff offers sweeping panoramic views that stretch for miles. In the fall, the surrounding trees explode with colours, creating one of the most picturesque overlooks in the region. Pro tip – plan to stop by at golden hour for the best photo lighting and stay to take in the beautiful sunset. We promise it won’t disappoint!
